FOXX stands behind the quality of our products with a limited warranty as described below and product support to furnish customer satisfaction.
THIS FOXX LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU ALSO MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY AMONG DIFFERENT STATES OR JURISDICTIONS. PLEASE CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR PARTICULAR STATE OR JURISDICTION FOR A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR RIGHTS.
1. Warranty Notice
This Warranty and Support Policy is applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the following address: foxxusa.com (“Foxx”).
If you purchase products through offline channels or other channels, please contact the final vendor who sells the products to you for warranty and support information.
2. Recommended Precautions
To avoid loss or unintended dissemination or disclosure of data or information you may wish to keep private, before you deliver your product to Foxx or an Authorized Service Center for maintenance/repair under this Warranty Policy, if possible, please backup and delete all the personal information and data (such as phone numbers, texts, pictures, etc.) that you have stored on the device.
3. Warranty Coverage
The warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser.
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on most products from the date of original purchase.
A valid proof of purchase including the original purchase date will be required when presenting a warranty claim.
We warrant that the product purchased online is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period.
4. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Damage from misuse, abnormal or improper use, or unusual rough handling of the product
Physical damage including from accidents or dropping
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage
Screen damage
Camera lens scratches or damage
Defects or damage caused by exposure to water or other liquids, dampness, or related weather or environmental conditions
Defects or damage caused by sand, dust, or dirt that is inconsistent with normal product usage
Defects or damage caused by abnormal conditions, improper storage, neglect, unusual physical stress, or or unusual electrical or electromechanical stress
Ordinary wear and tear
Defects or damage caused by applying excessive force or pressure to the touch screen or using an unapproved object on the touch screen
A product on which the serial number or other identifying numbers or codes have been defaced, removed, damaged, altered or are illegible in any way subject to the sole judgment of Foxx Development Inc.
Unauthorized or improper repairs, adjustments, or modifications, use of unauthorized parts, or opening or tampering by anyone except an authorized warranty service center or provider
Issues caused by the use of third-party accessories, products, or ancillary or peripheral apparatus or equipment that is not furnished by nor approved by Foxx, including any battery charger that does not meet Foxx’s specifications
Defects or damage resulting from external damage such as impact with or from another object, fire, lightning, earthquake, a blown or faulty fuse, or improper use of any electrical source
Defects or damage caused by cellular signal reception or transmission, or arising from viruses or software introduced into the product
Foxx Development Inc. does not warrant the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim:
Email support@foxxusa.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
We may ask for photos or return of the product.
If the issue is covered, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
6. Out of Warranty Situations
Common reasons why your product may be out of warranty include:
The warranty period from the date of original purchase has expired
The product was not purchased by the current consumer directly from Foxx (foxxusa.com) but was acquired through a third-party, such as a friend or family member, or from a reseller
The product has had unauthorized repair or modification or has unauthorized parts
The product exhibits liquid or external physical damage.

8. Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items, complete in their original packing, within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items. When outside the 30-day return window, the item will be returned for repair or replaced with a refurbished item is available.
If the product cannot be repaired or a replacement is not available, FOXX will offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the defective item.
If your purchase was made at a dealer or any other source except foxxusa.com it will be necessary for you to contact the dealer or other source for all return and refund processing
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST FOXX AND STATES FOXX'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF DEFECTS OF THE PRODUCT. HOWEVER, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCLUDE NOR LIMIT ANY OF YOUR LEGAL (STATUTORY) RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS.
FOXX EXPRESSLY DENIES AND DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY FOXX PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY WITHOUT RISK TO OR LOSS OF INFORMATION STORED IN THE PRODUCT
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOXX BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF USE OF PRODUCTS OR FUNCTIONALITY, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF REVENUES OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFIT, INCREASED COSTS OR EXPENSES OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOXX'S LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR FOXX PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT.
SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE DISCLAIMER OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL AND GROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS.
